They go for the legs. Your players stay up.

Cut blocks and diving tackles happen in half a second. Most players see their first real one on gameday. Tackle Defender lets them see it in practice, at game speed, as many times as they need, without a teammate diving at their knees.

The coach grabs the handle and drives it in low and fast, at whatever angle and speed he chooses. Your athletes react, then they get back in line and go again. No resetting a scout player between reps.

On offense: Running backs learn to hop the dive and keep running. Receivers make the first man miss after the catch. Quarterbacks climb the pocket with bodies at their feet and keep their eyes downfield.

On defense: D-linemen and linebackers learn to see the cut early, get their hands down, shed it, and get back in their gap to make the tackle.
